Hey y’all, it’s Matthew Taylor here with a funny (but also cautionary) tale about what happens when you exceed your RV’s towing capacity.<\/p>\n

So, my buddy and I were planning this epic road trip through the Rockies and we had rented a shiny new RV to take us on our journey.<\/p>\n

We had packed it to the brim with all sorts of gear, from our camping supplies to our mountain bikes and everything in between.<\/p>\n

But there was one problem: we had totally overlooked the towing capacity<\/a> of our RV.<\/p>\n

You see, we had also brought along a small trailer filled with even more gear, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. Boy, were we wrong.<\/p>\n
