Hey y’all, it’s your boy Matthew here, and I’ve got a funny story for ya.

So, my buddies and I were planning a beach trip and we thought, “Hey, why not bring the RV? It’ll be like a beach house on wheels.”

We were so excited about the idea that we didn’t even think about the logistics of driving an RV on the beach.

We just packed up our bags, hitched up the RV and headed out.

When we got to the beach, we were all ready to set up camp and relax. But when we tried to drive the RV on the beach, we quickly realized that it wasn’t going to happen.

The wheels just kept spinning in the sand.

We had to unload all of our stuff and carry it to a spot further up the beach where the sand was firmer. It was a real bummer, but we made the best of it and had a great time.

So can you drive an RV on the beach? The short answer is no.

But don’t worry, that doesn’t mean you can’t have a great beach vacation with an RV. There are plenty of options for RVers who want to hit the beach.
